New Wave Villas is an independent real estate agency, established in 2006, offering property for sale in Mojacar.

Owners Alex Lawson and Adéle Land pride themselves on offering an honest, professional and straightforward service to vendors and purchasers of villas and apartments in Mojacar.

Adéle has lived and worked in Spain and other parts of Europe and North Africa for more than three decades, she is a local councillor in Mojacar and also works as a journalist for a magazine group. In the little spare time she has, Adéle enjoys walking her two dogs, working out and watching football, her favorite team is Manchester United.

Alex has 22 years experience in Mojacar real estate and boasts a wealth of knowledge in the process of buying and selling property in Spain. A passionate lover of nature and animals, Alex volunteers for local marine rescue group Equinac. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC but Adéle doesn't hold it against him!

Adéle has featured on Channel 4's 'A Place in the Sun' as the local property expert and Alex has hosted a number of clients on viewing trips in conjunction with the popular show. Adéle also appeared on Channel 4's 'A New Life in the Sun' accompanying clients viewing properties.

Office manager, Karen White, has worked in property administration in Mojacar for 21 years and is a vital part of the team, keeping the office running smoothly and liaising with clients throughout the buying and selling process. Karen's expertise in the buying and selling process ensures all our clients enjoy an efficient and smooth experience. Karen's husband Bryan own an insurance agency (BWI Insurance) and their daughter Emily recently graduated from UCAM in Murcia.

The New Wave villas team members live in the area, and are all fully integrated into the local culture. Their depth of knowledge gives clients confidence in knowing they will be expertly guided through the process of buying or selling, with no pressure, ensuring the process is an enjoyable stress-free experience.
